Terms and Conditions
1. Travel & Accommodation

This quote includes travel based on the agreed installation schedule. Any additional trips required due to delays or site readiness issues may incur additional travel charges. If overnight stays are required, accommodation and reasonable expenses may be charged to the Client.
Site Readiness

The installation area must be fully prepared prior to installation. This includes completed tiling, waterproofing, finished flooring, and clear access to all bathrooms. If the site is not ready upon arrival, the Contractor reserves the right to reschedule installation and may charge additional call-out, travel, or labour fees.
Access & Equipment

Clear and reasonable access to all installation areas must be provided. If lifting equipment, cranes, additional labour, or special access equipment is required and not included in the original quote, these costs will be treated as a variation and charged to the Client.
Glass Breakage

Once glass materials are delivered/installed to site, the Client or site manager assumes responsibility for their protection. Any damage or breakage caused by other trades, site activity, or handling after delivery will require replacement at the Client’s expense.
Any measurements provided by the Client, builder, or other trades are the responsibility of the Client. If glass panels or shower screens must be remade due to incorrect measurements provided by the Client or changes made after measurements are confirmed, all additional costs will be charged to the Client.

Storage of Materials

If materials are ready for installation but the site is not ready within 14 days of the agreed installation schedule, the Contractor reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees until installation can proceed.
Cancellation

If the Client cancels the project after materials have been ordered or manufactured, the Contractor reserves the right to retain any deposit and charge for materials, labour, and any costs already incurred.
